You will drive strategic CI initiatives, coach teams, and lead high‑impact projects that improve safety, cost savings, quality, efficiency and yield. Required are strong analytical skills, Lean and Six Sigma expertise, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field required; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence, 4+ in asset‑intensive settings.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements and cost savings.
• Expert in Lean, Six Sigma and advanced problem‑solving methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead CI strategy across farming and processing operations.
• Align CI initiatives with site leadership and organizational goals.
• Manage large improvement projects focusing on cost, waste, and throughput.
• Coach CI Champions and build internal CI capability.
• Facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen training across sites.
• Monitor KPIs and report results to senior leadership.
