Job summary

American Bath Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for our Plymouth, IN facility. This role is about building and embedding a sustainable CI operating system beyond Lean events, with a focus on leader standard work, tiered daily management, visual management, and structured problem solving.

You will lead cross-functional improvements, coach supervisors to own daily improvements, and help document best practices to scale Plymouth's model across other plants.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing CI or Lean leadership experience.
• Experience building or significantly improving daily management systems.
• Strong background in leader standard work and structured problem solving.
• Ability to influence leaders without direct reporting authority.
• Comfortable on the manufacturing floor in a labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a practical Continuous Improvement operating system.
• Establish leader standard work and tiered daily management.
• Lead high-impact improvements in productivity, reliability, quality, scrap, rework, and cost.
• Coach supervisors and plant leaders to independently own problem solving and daily improvement.
• Create a prioritized CI project pipeline with clear ownership and measurable business value.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Finance, and plant leadership.
• Help document and replicate proven practices across other facilities once Plymouth is stabilized.
