Job summary

Brazeway in Shelbyville, IN is offering a Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern position to support CI initiatives across manufacturing processes. You will engage in Lean Six Sigma tools, generate SOPs, create training materials, and help deploy CI practices with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field, have some exposure to Lean Six Sigma, and demonstrate strong communication, presentation skills, and a self-motivated,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean and CI problem solving tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and externally.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Applies CI knowledge to improve company processes and productivity.
• Generates SOPs and educational materials for CI tools.
• Leads Lean Six Sigma projects and tracks progress with reports.
• Supports CI & Sustainability projects and cross-functional initiatives.
