Alliance Laundry System LLC is offering a CI Data & Analytics Internship for Summer 2027 in Ripon, WI. This role focuses on collecting requirements, integrating data, and building BI dashboards to support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work with Power BI/Power Platform, SQL/DAX, and Lean/Agile practices to deliver data-driven insights across departments, while developing your analytics and communication skills in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in DAX & SQL.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Knowledge of Lean & Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into digital solutions.
Present insights and findings to stakeholders.
Retrieve and compile data from diverse sources.
Cleanse, transform, and integrate data into comprehensive datasets.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools.
Update and maintain existing BI solutions for optimal performance.
Document data models and BI solutions for easy reference and maintenance.
Improve KPI reporting and data visualizations for existing safety metrics.
Work across functions to identify what is working and not related to our safety reporting.
Collaborate with the CI Digital team to identify and implement improvement plans.
Review department-level KPI metrics to identify gaps in reporting.
Work with stakeholders to address reporting needs.
Document and map key metrics and calculations.
