Qualifications

• Experience providing training, consultation, technical assistance, or guidance to internal or external stakeholders on program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and process renewal CHW certification applications and determine compliance.
• Provide training and technical assistance to applicants and stakeholders regarding CHW certification requirements and processes.
• Analyze certification requirements and propose improvements to program processes and oversight.
• Manage CHW certification data, reports, and performance trends; communicate findings to leadership.
