Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes CHW certification applications based on program rules.
• Performs comprehensive reviews of statutes, rules, policies, and procedures.
• Documents corrections and communicates follow-up requirements to applicants.
• Maintains records and conducts data entry in Versa Regulation and other agency systems.
• Provides technical assistance to applicants, employers, and stakeholders.
