Church360's 360 Leadership Academy is a full-time, immersive program designed to holistically develop the next generation of Christian leaders through practical ministry experience and intentional training.

Residents deepen their heart for people, strengthen their soul in Christ, sharpen their mind with biblical and leadership wisdom, and gain the strength to lead with confidence.

The cohort runs June 1, 2027 to May 1, 2028, with applications due by March 31, 2027.

The 360 Leadership Academy is a full-time, immersive program designed to holistically develop the next generation of Christian leaders. Through practical ministry experience and intentional training, residents will deepen their heart for people, strengthen their soul in Christ, sharpen their mind with biblical and leadership wisdom, and develop the strength to lead with confidence.
