Qualifications

• Age 18–29 with a clear sense of calling to full-time ministry.
• Willingness to become a participating member of CCV (attend worship, tithe, join a neighborhood group).
• Demonstrated alignment with CCV’s mission, values, and theological convictions.

Responsibilities

• Engage fully in program components: instruction, coaching, ministry assignments.
• Attend Residency training, learning labs, and development events.
• Meet with Leadership Institute Pastor and Staff Trainer for coaching and growth.
