Job summary

Learning Care seeks a dedicated School Relations Coordinator to manage ongoing relationships between a set of schools and church partners. You will support cross-functional projects and handle administrative duties requiring knowledge of business practices.

Regular attendance at campus and district meetings is expected. You will collaborate with ministry teams for faith-based activities, plan conferences and events, and help promote enrollment through local marketing outreach.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required; strong relationship-building skills.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for education to work in licensed childcare.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office are required.
• Familiarity with state/local childcare regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and foster positive relationships with children’s ministry to operate schools in partnership with the church.
• Build relationships with new staff, school directors, church staff and field management.
• Serve as liaison between school director and church, escalating items to B2B and SC partners as needed.
• Coordinate regular meetings with church and internal teams to discuss partnerships.
