Job summary

Learning Care in Nashville is seeking a School Relations Coordinator to support the child care center's daily operations. You will handle clerical tasks, cleaning, and classroom assistance, serving as the liaison between Pathways Learning Academy and Church Administrative Teams while building strong relationships with leaders and families.

You will greet families, assist with tours, manage calls and data entry, support accounts receivable, and help maintain safety standards and state

Qualifications

• Must meet and maintain state and accreditation standards as required.
• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Church leaders and collaborate on ongoing initiatives; may attend offsite meetings as needed.
• Promote learning center’s image; greet families, prepare welcome packets, and assist with tours.
• Handle calls, data entry, filing, accounts receivable tasks, and various projects as assigned by management.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
• Work as part of a team; may assist in classrooms when required.
• Uphold safety standards and follow state laws regarding child safety.
