Job summary

The Austin Stone Community Church is seeking a Sending Support Coordinator to provide administrative, systems, program, and event-logistics support across Collectives and churchwide initiatives. You will report to the Sending Support Director and help keep registrations, rosters, communications, and data accurate.

You will collaborate with volunteers, vendors, and ministry partners, coordinate story-capture, onboarding, and maintain playbooks to ensure smooth transitions between coordinators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in an administrative support role or as a program coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Provide program administration for Collective programs and events, including registration and logistics.
• Coordinate churchwide events, communications, and follow-up.
• Own data integrity for program administration in the designated database.
• Support volunteer recruitment, recognition, and logistics touchpoints.
• Coordinate story-capture logistics and publishing for churchwide content.
