Socket.dev is seeking a Partner Services Manager to lead a mission-driven team supporting parishes and schools with essential business services, budgeting, and client relationships. You will build and guide a multi-disciplinary team, drive service delivery excellence, and partner with cross-functional leaders to advance the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, business management, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of management experience, with cross-functional leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Delivery & Operational Excellence and identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop MSC specialists across multiple functional areas while fostering a collaborative, mission-centered team culture.
• Serve as the primary business partner to assigned parishes and schools, building trusted relationships and addressing needs with responsiveness and sound judgment.
• Partner with Pastoral Center leaders to coordinate training, resources, and support while strengthening collaboration and consistency across service areas.
