Job summary

The Church of Eleven22 seeks a Ministry Partnership and Development Pastor to lead strategic partnerships and generosity initiatives across partner churches and community networks. You will provide pastoral care, develop leaders, and oversee Vision Engagement efforts to align with the church’s mission.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, ordination or credentialing and significant pastoral leadership experience, with preference for multisite church backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Significant pastoral leadership experience, including care, coaching and counsel to pastors and ministry leaders.
• Experience developing partnerships, cultivating donor relationships and/or securing major gifts.
• Experience serving in a large multisite church environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an authentic walk with Jesus Christ through spiritual disciplines.
• Build and steward strategic relationships with partner churches, networks, nonprofits and community leaders.
• Plan and execute Vision Engagement retreats, summits and leadership gatherings.
• Provide strategic leadership for generosity initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with ministry partners, donors and vision ambassadors.
• Develop initiatives that equip pastors and ministry leaders through soul care and resources.
• Provide pastoral care, counseling and spiritual support to pastors and ministry leaders.
• Lead and develop the Vision Engagement Director and team.
• Provide strategic leadership for Vision Engagement initiatives and budget oversight.
• Evaluate partnerships and pastor care initiatives through outcomes and data.
• Other duties as assigned.
