Job summary

Convoy of Hope seeks a Senior Director – Network Relations to lead a team building and stewarding relationships with pastors and churches. You will drive the acquisition and growth of church partnerships to generate financial resources, expand awareness, mobilize advocacy and volunteerism, and strengthen program collaboration.

You will represent Convoy of Hope at churches and conferences, administering sacraments and leading religious worship services as required, while modeling Christ-like

Qualifications

• Ordained, commissioned, or a licensed minister credential preferred.
• Seven plus years’ experience in pastoral ministry, fundraising/sales, or customer service work is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five or more years’ experience managing a team is required.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 30 – 40% of the time.
• Demonstrates ability to grow a business or ministry and build credibility with pastors.

Responsibilities

• Donor engagement through portfolio management and cultivation of church partnerships.
• Designs strategy for direct mail, email outreach, face‑to‑face engagement and campaigns.
• Secures event sponsorships and exceeds fundraising KPIs annually.
• Leads and mentors area/state directors; manages regional budget and resources.
• Provides prayer support and spiritual resources for church leaders and staff.
• Represents Convoy of Hope at churches and conferences, leading worship services as needed.
