Convoy of Hope is seeking a Network Partner Engagement Director to lead the team onboarding new churches and thanking donors, while identifying churches with major partnership potential. The role involves coordinating first-time appointments with Network Directors and ensuring a strong first-gift experience.
You will manage donor follow-ups, data entry in Salesforce, and collaborate across teams to support church partners globally.

Every team member is expected to model Christ-like character and to integrate their faith into their work and interactions.Ministry FunctionThe Network Partner Engagement Director supports the ministry of Convoy of Hope by leading the team responsible for initiating onboarding and thanking of new churches, identifying churches with the potential to become major partners, and then assisting in scheduling first time appointments with a Network Relations Director. This position ensures that churches have a great first gift experience with Convoy of Hope. This position serves as a coach/player role for the Network Partner Engagement Team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Three years’ experience in a customer service role is preferred. A bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Exhibits ability to manage difficult situations and individuals with tact and professionalism.Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude that can be discerned through the phone by customers.Demonstrates strong decision‑making and analytical abilities.Demonstrates strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.Able and willing to travel, both domestically and internationally as requested.Exhibits strong Mac or PC proficiency and working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn Salesforce or other CRM systems as needed.Possesses the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion.Must be at least 25 years of age to be eligible for this position due to organizational driving and insurance requirements.
