Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership of day-to-day operations, strategy, and implementation of the church vision.
• Support ministries in establishing and directing programs that grow the church.
• Ensure operational readiness through leadership of support staff.
• Lead annual strategic planning with ministry performance reviews and objective setting.
• Establish and monitor key performance measures for all church functions.
• Develop annual financial plans to fund strategic objectives.
