You will oversee digital communications, branding, media production, graphic design coordination, and promotions across ministries, collaborating with leaders to ensure consistent, engaging messaging that supports the church’s vision.

Qualifications

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the church’s faith.
• Passion for the church’s mission and vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with website management (Squarespace, WordPress, or similar).
• Experience with social media platforms and analytics.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Basic photography and video editing skills preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the church’s communication strategy across ministries.
• Oversee digital communications, branding, media production, and promotion.
• Coordinate graphic design and maintain consistent branding.
• Manage and maintain the church website and mobile app.
• Develop and schedule social media content and analytics.
• Produce email newsletters and other digital communications.
• Edit and publish written, photo, and video content.
• Coordinate photography and videography for church events.
• Maintain master church calendar and promote events.
• Coordinate print materials and branded merchandise.
• Work with outside vendors on pricing, production, and delivery.
• Stay current with communication trends and tools.
