Job summary

Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale is seeking an IT Support Technician to diagnose, resolve, and document technical issues for staff, volunteers, and church body. The role covers Windows and macOS, computer setup, printer maintenance, and basic network tasks.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, able to manage multiple tasks, and travel to campuses as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position within the Information Technology department.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Apple and Windows computers.
• Experience working with Google G Suite.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve all assigned help tickets in a timely manner.
• Setup new computers for staff members.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Perform hardware repair on computers when necessary.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace printers.
• Perform basic IT training for new staff members.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and run cables as necessary.
• Create and replace ID badges.
• Travel to campuses when necessary.
• Research new technologies to improve the department and Church/CCA departments.
• Maintain inventory and follow inventory policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff.
