Job summary

Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time First Impressions Specialist for the Tolleson Building. You will warmly greet guests, provide information about ministries, and help guests navigate the campus.

This role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and a professional appearance. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, with additional hours during church seasons.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet every guest entering the Tolleson building.
• Provide accurate information about HPUMC’s ministries, programs, events, and services to guests and callers.
• Assist guests in navigating the campus and locating their destination.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment that reflects HPUMC’s hospitality.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
