Job summary

Virgin Hotels in Dallas is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Commons Club Host-ess for a part-time role. You will warmly greet guests, coordinate seating, and help deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, enjoys teamwork, and has 1–2 years of guest service experience. A positive attitude and a fun-loving spirit are essential for creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the USA.
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Current Foodservice Handler Card valid for minimum of 6 months.
• 1-2 years in a guest service position.

Responsibilities

• Greet, interact and bid farewell to guests in a warm and genuine and enthusiastic fashion.
• Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, polishing cutlery/glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables, etc.
• Provide lateral service including assisting in clearing tables, carrying plates to the dishwashing area when needed.
• Maintain guest profile, preferences in a database for distribution to staff.
