Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1 year trade school or 2 years related experience.
• Must communicate orally and in writing.
• Proficient with computers and cellphones; comfortable with MS Office.
• Familiar with department-specific software, web-based programs, internet services and wireless communications.

Responsibilities

• Services, repairs, or replaces HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sound/electronic systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, motors, pumps, etc.
• Performs custodial duties to keep meetinghouse and grounds clean and orderly.
• Handles minor carpentry, painting, and hardware tasks as needed.
• Adheres to safety protocols and reports hazards to FM Manager.
