Job summary

Wellspring Church in Englewood, CO seeks a Chief Administrative Officer to translate the Lead Pastor’s vision into actionable goals, manage multi-site operations, and steward financial and organizational health. You will supervise key departments, align staff with ministry priorities, and guide governance and risk management at a growing church.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with organization-wide responsibilities.
• Nonprofit financial management, internal controls, and audits.
• Governance: nonprofit board responsibilities and fiduciary duties.
• Organizational leadership across teams and growth.
• Risk and compliance with contracts, insurance, and HR.
• Multi-site experience helpful.
• Familiarity with EOS framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn the Lead Pastor’s vision into annual goals and priorities.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, and growth plans for multi-site congregations.
• Lead long-term financial planning and reporting to the Treasurer.
• Coordinate board meetings and support committees.
• Oversee Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and Facilities.
• Manage risk, legal matters, and crisis planning.
• Lead major projects like campus expansion and staffing changes.
• Foster healthy staff culture and leadership development.
