Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an Associate Manager who will be the main contact for key administrative processes. You will support business operations by leading projects across the organization and establishing best practices for core administrative functions.

You will help ensure team alignment with overall company goals and communications, while building connections with colleagues, customers, and guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, especially under tight timelines during openings and transitions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Contract tracking involves regular reviews with the legal department to ensure alignment and to reconcile differences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast projections.
  • Admin projects include onboarding schedules for new hires and new CRM hotels.
  • Support equipment / IT ticketing, system access requests, job descriptions, postings, and surveys.
  • Manage centralized announcements, which include open enrollment, award nominations timeline, IBGs, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • Build and maintain presentations utilizing Central Hotel Services dashboards, data, and analytics.

The Role

The CHS Associate Manager will be responsible for contract tracking, follow-up, and processes. They will lead business operations administration projects and manage RACIs across the organization.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Experience Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or management
  • Outstanding project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Highly self–motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

The salary range for this position is $78,000 -87,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
