Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is seeking a seasoned Public Health Professional V to lead the Chronic Disease Workforce and Training Program within the Prevention Services Division. The role focuses on workforce development, training, and strategic guidance for chronic disease initiatives across Coloradans.

Hybrid work options may be available; position based in Denver with a strong emphasis on partnerships, program management, and capacity building to improve health

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in public health, health care, population health, health professional training, higher education, workforce development, or a closely related field.
• Combination of education with work experience can qualify if it includes health-related professional training, totaling eight (8) years.
