Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is seeking a senior program leader to direct two major grant programs within the Prevention Services Division. The role requires guiding budget planning, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring compliance across multiple funding streams.

You will supervise four FTE, coordinate with state and local partners, and drive strategic initiatives to improve chronic disease prevention and health promotion in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Eight years of public health program management experience.
• Experience with strategic grant administration and RFAs/RFPs.
• Strong supervision and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Direct two grant programs with a combined budget of about $11 million.
• Ensure statutory/regulatory compliance and manage the grant lifecycle.
• Lead CCPD and LPHA grant programs and coordinate with state and community partners.
• Oversee RFA solicitation, review, and award processes for each funding cycle.
• Represent department in meetings with executive leadership and partners.
