VenVisor Health is seeking a Clinical Lead CCM Manager to oversee the CCM/PCM programs, ensure CMS compliance, and lead a team of clinical coordinators. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on operations, performance management, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate has healthcare operations experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with CMS billing and documentation requirements. Location: Ohio; Schedule: Full time; Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare-related field preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations, care management, or clinical program leadership.
• Experience managing teams in CCM/PCM or population health preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines, documentation and billing practices.
• Ability to analyze data and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily CCM/PCM program operations and CMS compliance.
• Monitor attendance, serve as main contact for coordinators, optimize workflows.
• Coach CCM/PCM staff and manage performance metrics.
• Lead onboarding, training, and competency assessments for new hires.
• Conduct chart reviews, provide corrective feedback and quality assurance.
• Manage HR processes like PTO, payroll issues and system access.
