Qualifications

• At least one year in chrome plating or related metal finishing.
• Knowledge of chrome plating, anodizing, and polishing.
• Ability to operate plating equipment and tanks.
• Safety-aware with hazardous materials handling.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused workmanship.
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect parts for plating.
• Operate chrome plating tanks and prepare plating solutions.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and measure thickness.
• Maintain plating equipment and tanks.
• Follow safety procedures for chemicals and machinery.
• Document plating processes, results, and defects for traceability.
• Assist in loading/unloading, racking, packing and labeling finished products.
• Collaborate with senior platers to refine techniques and improve efficiency.
