Pillow Talk Australia is hiring Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants for our Orange store. Join a warm, energetic team and help customers find the perfect home gift as part of the festive season.

This role runs through the Christmas period, with weekend shifts and a strong emphasis on great service, multitasking, and making customers feel at home. You’ll receive a generous end-of-season discount and access to Flare benefits.

Qualifications

• Available now through 24 January 2027.
• Great availability across seven days, including weekends.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Assist customers with product selection for home decor and gifts.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during the Christmas peak.
• Support store operations and teamwork during weekend shifts at the Orange store.

It’s nearly the most magical time of the year! For those of us who live and breathe retail, our preparations have started, and we know for a fact that Santa’s workshop is already in full swing. Now is your opportunity to be part of Pillow Talk, by joining us in these highly exciting Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant roles at our Orange store.

We are now looking for additional team members across the country to help us bring the Christmas spirit alive. Anyone can offer you a job at Christmas, but we’ve got something else in mind - JOY! It's not about how much you know about linen, homewares, or bedding (we can teach you that!), it’s about you, and your unwavering passion to delight every customer you engage!

A Bit About You…

• You’re full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues
• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities and all the curveballs that retail can throw at you
• You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
• Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones... (comfort really is the gift that keeps on giving!)
• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from now until 24th January 2027
