Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this stimulating Retail Inventory Lead role at our Warners Bay store.

We’re looking for a Retail Inventory Lead to join our team and take ownership of all things inventory, replenishment and back-of-house operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves accuracy, organisation and process. You’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, our stockroom safe and organised, and our stores fully replenished and ready for our customers. This is the perfect role for someone who is organised, hands-on and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for getting the details right.

A Bit About You...

• Enjoys a hands-on role and understands this is not a desk-based inventory position
• Experience in stock receiving and inventory within a high-volume retail environment
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and inventory accuracy
• Effective communicator who can support and influence others
• Solutions-focused, adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to learning, growth and continuous improvement
• Builds positive relationships with customers and team
• Ability to lift and process products up to 20kg
