Pillow Talk Australia in Newcastle is seeking Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants for our Kotara store to help customers celebrate the season and discover the perfect home gift.

Bring your bubbly personality, confidence with customers and ability to multitask in a busy retail environment. • Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones

Responsibilities

• Unpacking all the new Christmas decorations and summer stock (seriously, we’d show up just for this!)
• Helping customers pull together decorative looks for the Christmas season… trees, table settings, bedrooms, lounge rooms and more (no corner of the home is off limits when it comes to Christmas)

It’s nearly the most magical time of the year! For those of us who live and breathe retail, our preparations have started, and we know for a fact that Santa’s workshop is already in full swing. Now is your opportunity to be part of Pillow Talk, by joining us in these highly exciting Christmas CasualRetail Sales Assistant roles at our Kotara store.

We are now looking for additional team members across the country to help us bring the Christmas spirit alive. Anyone can offer you a job at Christmas, but we’ve got something else in mind - JOY! It's not about how much you know about linen, homewares, or bedding (we can teach you that!), it’s about you, and your unwavering passion to delight every customer you engage!

• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from now until 24th January 2027
