Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a part-time Seasonal Christmas Driver to operate on a Monday–Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. schedule.

The role involves delivering and picking up bell ringers and kettles to assigned locations, maintaining the vehicle, and logging mileage and safety issues. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with a chauffeur endorsement. Preferred candidates have a High School diploma or GED and basic computer skills, including Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred), or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• At least 18 years old
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers’ license with a chauffeur’s endorsement and pass The Salvation Army Motor Vehicle (MVR) check
• Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
• Seasonal -Monday through Saturday 9a-1p

• Keep accurate maintenance and mileage logs, report any safety or maintenance needs for the vehicle
