You will engage with callers, document interactions, and coordinate responses with various teams. The position requires a personal faith, devotion commitments, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ministry‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness.
• Faithfully upholds BGEA in prayer.
• Participates in daily BGEA staff devotions including Bible reading and prayer.

Responsibilities

• Enjoys listening to callers, assesses needs, and offers compassionate, spiritual solutions.
• Warmly answers incoming calls with tact and courtesy.
• Organizes, prioritizes, and completes multiple tasks in a high‑volume environment.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Learns departmental procedures and BGEA history to assist callers effectively.
• Attends required staff meetings and participates in prayer and devotion.
• Responds to callers’ spiritual needs, praying with them when appropriate.
• Analyzes call requirements quickly and connects callers to the right solution.
• Accurately records caller data into databases and processes requests.
