Qualifications

• Maintains an active personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
• Fast learner with attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Listen to callers and assess needs to provide spiritually sensitive solutions
• Answer incoming calls promptly with tact and courtesy
• Organize and complete multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
• Place outbound calls to thank donors and invite events
• Record data into database and process contributions
• Be coachable and work well in a team
