• Supervises and trains intake staff.
• Assigns caseloads to subordinate employees.
• Manages and monitors assigned caseload of program participants in a rehabilitation program.
• Develops program plan/goals and evaluates participant progress through routine meetings with participants and staff.
• Advocates for program participants to obtain services to cope with their environment.
