Job summary

Genesis Family Inc. is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Southeast Houston practice. The clinician will manage a substantial caseload, deliver structured therapy, and serve individuals, couples, and families with clear, outcome-driven approaches.

The role welcomes clinicians who integrate biblical principles with clinical practice while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards. In-person and telehealth options are available to support diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
• Ability to work in-person and telehealth
• Willingness to work Saturdays initially
• Minimum 24 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of up to 30 sessions per week (full-time)
• Conduct structured, outcome-driven therapy sessions
• Work with individuals, couples, and families
• Apply clinical modalities effectively and clearly
• Integrate biblical principles appropriately and confidently
• Mentor or support junior clinicians (optional, depending on role)
• Contribute to program development or specialization areas

Job Title: Licensed Therapist

Location: Southeast Houston – (17629 El Camino Real, Houston, TX 77058)
Hours: 40 hours per week
