Job summary

The main objective of our organization is to facilitate healing and freedom for those in need, involving individuals, couples and families.

What you’ll do

As an Associate Therapist, you will:

• Conduct structured, goal-oriented sessions
• Learn to guide—not just listen—in therapy
• Apply and grow in modalities like CBT, solution-focused therapy, etc.
• Integrate biblical principles appropriately into care
• Complete documentation and collaborate with your team
• Participate in clinical development and supervision (paid by us for full-time)

You will not just “gain hours”—you will be trained to become a high-level clinician .

You are someone who:

• Has a working knowledge of the Bible and desires to grow in applying it in counseling
• Is teachable and open to feedback and development
• Is willing to learn how to be assertive and directive in sessions
• Can explain basic therapy modalities in simple terms
• Has a genuine passion for people and family restoration (not just a job)
• Is highly motivated and a self-starter
• Can work with diverse populations (children, teens, couples, families)
• Demonstrates critical thinking , not just textbook knowledge
• Is aligned with our mission, vision, and statement of faith

Requirements

• Willingness to work in-person + telehealth
• Saturday availability required (initially)
• Full-time availability required. (if you are phasing out from another practice, we will make this work).
• You will be a commission-based W-2 Employee from the start, with the possibility to become salaried.
• Supervision fully paid (for full-time therapists)
