Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mental Health Therapist role based in Webster, TX. The therapist will provide individual, couple, and family therapy, conduct intake assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client and family needs. Daily responsibilities include facilitating sessions, documenting clinical notes, coordinating care with other providers, and engaging in case management activities as needed. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in regular clinical consultations, and contribute to a supportive, family-focused practice environment. Additional duties may include crisis intervention, referrals to community resources, and participation in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management to support client progress and coordinate services.
• Strong background in Social Work and Mental Health, with the ability to address diverse clinical needs and psychosocial factors.
• Experience providing Family Therapy and working with family systems to restore and strengthen relationships.
• Active licensure or license-eligible status (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of Texas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in maintaining clear, timely clinical documentation and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, family systems approaches) is highly beneficial.
