Location: Cedar Hill, TX

Position: Fully Licensed Therapist | LPC, LMFT, LCSW (No Associates Please)

Type:Full Time, In-person and Virtual

We receive 10 requests a week from potential clients seeking a therapist that can take their insurance benefits and we have few options for them right now. We currently are turning these clients away and if you're wanting to make the jump into private practice, we can send these referrals to you and build up your case load within a couple of months. Insurance clients may not have the best payout, but it's a great way to build your base of clientele while developing some self-pay clients and eventually increase your overall compensation per session. Think of this position as a way to have a longer runway to launch your private practice. We can also guarantee a minimum baseline of pay for the first month to reduce the risk of transitioning.

We are looking to hire and credential fully licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to see a wide range of clients under somewhat flexible hours.

Lifeologie Counseling/Watershed Group is a group counseling practice that places a high value on cultivating a strong and healthy work environment for our therapists. With regular team meetings, trainings and a fun work environment, our practice is known for creating a space where our therapists can grow, learn and succeed together. We are primarily a Christian oriented group that partners with many local churches in the areas we serve. However, being a Christian is not a requirement for this position as we serve clients from all backgrounds in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct counseling sessions with clients according to professional standards and ethical guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans using the practice's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (Jane)
• Collaborate with other counselors as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Meeting regularly with the Clinical Director for feedback and support
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to client confidentiality and privacy
• Provide support and guidance to clients in managing mental health issues, coping with stress, and improving overall well-being
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other team members within the practice

Requirements:

• Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional in the State of Texas
• Must be credentialed or able/willing to get credentialed through Headway
• Experience working in a Group Practice or Private Practice setting
• Experience in maintaining quality clinical and client care for general mental health needs
• Proficiency in using EHR systems for schedule and charting (Jane App)
• Excellent communication, conflict and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn, understand and adhere to the practices systems
• CEU’s in areas of high demand (directed by the Clinical Director)

Compensation:

• $55-105 per session (depending on whether client are self-pay or insurance)
• Anticipated case load of 25+ sessions per week which equates to at least $70,000-$100,000/year or more
• Dedicated Room/Office Space (LPC’s with 25 sessions a week or more)
• Annual Bonuses available for exceeding revenue requirements
• Administrative tasks such as billing, and claims submission will be taken care of by the practice
• Great initial step toward building up higher self-pay clientele (increasing pay over time).
