Southwind is a Young Life camp in Central Florida. This role provides leadership to year-long interns and staff during turnover days and weekday housekeeping operations, split roughly 50/50 between Housekeeping and Retail.

During school season you’ll work every other weekend in Retail and assist with weekday Snack Bar operations, including financial and administrative duties; in summer you maintain the split and support both departments' needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling preferred.
• Experience training and leading teams.
• Demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communication with guests, vendors, and staff.
• Demonstrate understanding of Young Life ministry, strategy, and mission.

Responsabilités

• Lead year-long interns and staff during turnover days and weekday housekeeping operations.
• Split approximately 50/50 between Housekeeping and Retail.
• During school season, work every other weekend in Retail and assist with weekday Snack Bar operations, including financial and administrative responsibilities.
• During the summer season, continue to divide responsibilities between Housekeeping and Retail, supporting the operational needs of both departments.
