Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year high school varsity coaching experience preferred
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and coaching certifications as required

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in planning and conducting practices and games
• Coach and instruct players on rules, techniques, and sport-specific skills
• Maintain player discipline and behavior and communicate with parents/administration
• Coordinate with Athletic Director on scheduling facilities and events
• Attend coaching trainings and meetings as needed
• Support achievement of CCS Athletics MVP Initiative and school mission
