Job summary

Crossroads Christian School is seeking a dedicated coach to assist the head coach in all aspects of the sport, including game strategies and player motivation. You will help develop student athletes, uphold Christian principles, and ensure proper supervision and safety during practices and games.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, knowledge and experience in the sport, and willingness to participate in required trainings and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the sport.
• At least 1 year coaching at the high school varsity level preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification and background checks required.
• Two letters of recommendation are requested.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach with coaching duties and game strategy.
• Provide Christian and coaching excellence in leadership of the sport.
• Develop practice plans and organize schedules for development.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director for facilities and CIF requirements.
• Attend coaching trainings and participate in athletic meetings.
• Maintain player behavior records and communicate with parents and staff.
