Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations, ensure compliance, collaborate with board and church leadership and provide reporting.
• Lead development of faith-based curriculum and plan events and programming.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive culture.
• Build relationships with families, manage enrollment, and communicate regularly with families.
• Assist with budgeting, manage supplies, and maintain records.
• Ensure a safe environment and maintain compliance with all safety procedures.
