• Assist with promotions, outreach efforts, and campaigns to drive membership growth.
• Build relationships with members to enhance engagement and retention.
• Provide coverage at the membership desk as needed, including greeting, processing memberships and transactions, answering inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and membership data.
