Job summary

Gateway Fellowship is seeking a dynamic High School Track & Field Head Coach for Crosspoint Christian Schools Athletics. This role involves leading and developing a competitive, Christ-centered athletic program.

The ideal candidate will oversee student-athlete development, manage assistant coaches, and strengthen program culture. Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication skills. This stipend-based position is for a 2-4 months season with a starting date of March 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high school-aged student-athletes.
• Must complete WIAA compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and leads all aspects of the high school program.
• Designs and implements practice plans (4–6 times per week).
• Oversees team tryouts, player evaluation, and team selection.
• Communicates clearly with players, parents, and administration.
