Qualifications

• Experienced track and field coach for high school level.
• Commitment to Christian Education and CSAGH vision.
• Self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and student-focused.
• Ability to build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff.
• Willingness to engage in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Track and Field program for high school players.
• Plan, organize, and conduct engaging practices to improve skills and team dynamics.
• Instill sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance player performance.
• Foster an inclusive team culture and promote belonging.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches for a coordinated staff.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and administration.
• Attend all required meetings, conferences, and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and league policies.
