Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a 1st shift line operator in Albuquerque, NM. You will operate breader/predust and batter machines, monitor usage of ingredients, adjust settings, and help set up the line at the start of each shift. Adherence to USDA/TYSON guidelines and safe work practices is required.

The role emphasizes maintaining clean work areas, following Tyson policies, and contributing to a safe, efficient production environment. Weekend work may be required according to schedule.

Qualifications

• 6 months continuous work history in 2 years.

Job Details

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Keep breader/predust and batter machines at proper ingredients usage level. Keep work area clean. Help set-up line at the start of the shift. Assist with clean-up and sanitation of the line following USDA/TYSON guidelines. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. All qualified applicants' safety will be reviewed. Must be able to follow safe work practices including the use of personal protective equipment when required. Must be able to follow all sanitary procedures and policies.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, some Saturday work

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (or until production ends)

Pay Rate

$18.25/hour
