Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service.
• Manage cash handling and credit card procedures per company standards.
• Stock and merchandise retail items.
• Ensure pricing and signing follow guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and displays to company standards.
• Know products, pricing, and company history to upsell.
• Gift-wrap items as needed and assist with fountain area upkeep.
• Follow Food Safety guidelines and keep areas clean.
