Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist customers.
• Handle cash and card transactions following company procedures.
• Stock shelves and manage back stock to keep displays full.
• Prepare and stock fountain area, toppings, and supplies.
• Wrap gifts as needed and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Assist with candy making and daily station maintenance as required.
