Job summary

Hawaiian Host Group is seeking a motivated worker to support production and packaging on our candy lines in Hawaii. Under the direction of Production Managers, you will load ingredients, handle cartons, and help maintain a clean, safe work floor.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English reading ability, and the stamina to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential. Experience in a food-manufacturing environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• TB certificate from a valid medical provider required by Hawaii DoH.
• Ability to understand and follow directions accurately.
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load chocolate or ingredients into production tanks.
• Form and load shipping cartons and stack products.
• Provide logistical support for production and packaging.
• Weigh, mix, and cook ingredients for candy production.
• Stack pallets and manage finish-packaging line.
• Operate or work around heavy equipment with safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the floor.
• Assist with off-season cleaning and general maintenance.
• Attend work regularly and follow company policies.
