Job summary

CandyCo in Lindon, UT is seeking a Machine Operator-I to run a single production machine, prepare and inspect parts for quality, and keep detailed records. The role includes training other operators, following spec sheets, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

You will input data into ERP or Safety Chain, monitor outputs, and assist in continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine operating experience.
• 1+ year of production experience.
• Experience with Cavana, Enrobers, Matrix machines.
• Ability to learn PanelView interfaces and operate equipment.
• Ability to provide proper equipment maintenance and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees and back-up operators.
• Follow spec sheets and production procedures.
• Prepare machines for production runs and adjust settings.
• Monitor machines for issues and malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain production logs and data entry.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
